Yard Sale Information

About a year ago we introduced the Yard Sale, a project to support our studio build project. Since then, we’ve been working through some challenges: site traffic that crashes the website, the huge time commitment of listing so many individual items, and figuring out pricing for things that are very hard to find. We even tried an auction format once, but it didn’t feel right, so we won’t be going that route again.

So, we are learning as we go, doing our best to set prices based on what we’ve seen in past drops and from the small auction experiment. Items are priced on the higher end of the out-of-print fabric market, so if something doesn’t sell, we’ll adjust.

Here’s what you need to know about this round:

• This sale is part of wrapping up our studio build project. Pricing reflects that need.
• Most bundles are complete lines of very out-of-print fabrics—so rare we couldn’t even find them for sale online.
• Bundles are cut as fat eighths. If you order two or more and it’s possible to send continuous cuts, we will.
• Stock is very limited. Some lines have just one bundle available, others only a handful.

This drop will go live on Saturday 9/20/25, by noon eastern. We’ll send a reminder email shortly after the listings are live.
