Shipping Information

U.S. Orders

All U.S. orders ship for $7.50 flat rate, no matter where you live or how much you buy.

Cards, stickers, and patterns ship for $2 per item until the $7.50 flat rate applies.

Canada

0–$100 — $24
$101–$200 — $46
$201+ — $59

Cards, stickers, and patterns ship for $4 each for the first 3 items.

International

0–$100 — $34
$101–$200 — $74
$201+ — $94

Cards, stickers, and patterns ship for $6 each for the first 3 items.

All orders ship via USPS from Massachusetts.

Digital Downloads (PDF Patterns)

PDFs are delivered automatically via a download link included in your invoice/receipt email from alisonglass.com.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can also access your downloads by logging into your account and selecting Downloads.

Download Tips

  • The system allows three download attempts
  • If the file doesn’t open automatically, check your device’s Downloads folder
  • If you’ve reached the download limit, the file is already on your device — we can reset the limit if needed

Printing Your PDF

PDF patterns must be printed at 100% (no scaling).
Most patterns include ½” or 1” reference marks to verify correct sizing.

Printers often default to “Fit to Page,” which may print at 98% — even slight scaling can affect accuracy.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or make changes.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a restocking fee up to 20%
  • Returns or incorrect shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Presale Items

Presale items ship once they are in stock.
Updates are listed on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and presale items will ship together when presale items arrive.

To avoid holding in-stock items, place separate orders or email shop@alisonglass.com.

Turnaround Time

Typical order processing time is 3–4 business days. Turnaround times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified.

  • In-stock items ship with backordered items by default
  • To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders
